Return Policy

To ensure an uncomplicated return and a hassle free refund please read our returns policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you have up to 14 days to return your product.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your return. You can do so via email or telephone.

Important: Please ensure when returning your item the following information is provided: Order ID, Full Name, Address, User ID, Date of Return and Reason for Return. Please state if you require a replacement or refund, plus any relevant details.

Failure to include the above information could result in delays locating your order or issuing refunds or replacements.

The customer has full responsibility when returning an item.

We recommend when returning your item you should retain proof of postage and send us the tracking number when applicable. It is a fact, sometimes items do go missing through the mailing system before reaching its destination.

Once we receive your returned item and it has gone through a process of inspection, then we will contact you and issue your refund (excluding postage costs).

All refund transactions will be made through PayPal.

Non Faulty Item Returns

If items are returned due to incorrect fitting or not suitable, please ensure when trying the item that you take reasonable care, there should be no signs of marks, makeup or perfumed scents or other. All items must be returned in its original condition and packaging to ensure a hassle free refund.

Returns will not be accepted if returned in a non-resalable condition or have obvious signs of being worn or washed.

Packaging should not be defaced and should be fully intact. Items should be returned in the condition they were received.

We are not liable for the cost of packaging or postage costs for your returned item. Returned postage costs will not be refunded.

If you choose to return your item and require a resending of size we are not liable for the postage of sending your required item to you.

Faulty Returns

If you receive an item which is faulty then please notify us straight away to arrange a return. All items are sent in an unused or unopened condition unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods will be inspected once received. Then a refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent out.
