Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item is not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. 

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Should you have an issue with your Item

Should an item arrive in damaged condition or you have any other issue what so ever please contact us right away on admin@stylewar.co.uk We will endeavor to dispatch a replacement to you the same day or a full or partial credit will be issued depending on the nature of the issue. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days the card prepossessing company allows.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@stylewar.co.uk
