Return Policy

At Stylewar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in line with the policy below and your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Returning Your Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving their items. To request a return, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been approved, items must be sent back within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging where possible
  • Be free from marks, damage, fragrances or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless faulty:

• Underwear
• Opened hosiery or tights
• Earrings or pierced jewellery
• Any sealed items that have been opened after delivery where unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where applicable.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty or not as described.
